    • Perform administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process, including reviewing documentation and updating databases

    • Review and process real property conveyance and encumbrance documents

    • Search and evaluate bankruptcy matters in accordance with written procedures

    • Communicate with property owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure-related inquiries

    • Coordinate and manage all outbound mailings related to foreclosure cases

    • Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and foreclosure tracking systems

    • Process county E-recordings, prepare reinstatement quotes, and handle check deposits and invoicing

    • Support other duties and special projects as assigned

    • High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills

    • Experience with foreclosure processes, legal documentation, or related real estate tasks preferred

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain professional client/vendor relationships

    • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (flexible scheduling)

    **Pay Details:** $21.93 per hour
