    Adecco is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking **Warehouse Associate** for a temp-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients in **Valley Cottage, NY** . This position is ideal for someone looking for long-term, full-time employment who takes pride in their work and values punctuality, attention to detail, and safety.

     

    The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.

     

    Shift: 7:30 AM – 4 PM

     

    Pay Rate: $19 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

     

    Temp-to-hire with long term potential!

    Responsibilities include:

    + Accurately process, inspect, package, and ship orders

    + Organize inventory and restock products within the warehouse

    + Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventories

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Perform light assembly work as needed

    + Assist with general facilities and equipment maintenance

    + Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 3 years warehouse experience required

    + Minimum 1 year current forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) required

    + Strong attention to detail, especially in quality control

    + Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills

    + Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to work schedules

    + Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours and ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift

    + Flexible to work overtime as needed

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
