    **Warehouse Associate** – 2nd Shift

    **Location:** Sterling, VA.

    **Shift** : Monday – Friday, 1:00PM-9:30PM

    **Pay Rate:** $18/hr

    **Type** : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

    What you’ll do

     

    As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep our operations moving by ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will:

     

    + Operate a stand-up forklift to load, unload, and transport materials in the warehouse.

    + Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments; document quantities, condition, and arrival times.

    + Accurately pick, prepare, and stage orders for shipment or transfer.

    + Maintain stock organization, including placing items in designated storage areas.

    + Safely handle and store fragile or perishable merchandise in coolers/freezers (40–55°F).

    + Perform cycle counts and track damaged, aged, or on-hold inventory.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company safety protocols.

    + Use warehouse management systems for data entry and tracking.

    + Work collaboratively with your team to meet deadlines and production goals.

    What we are looking

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience operating a stand-up forklift (certification preferred).

    + Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.

    + Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.Perks & Benefits

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
