Position Title: ServiceNow Lead

Position Location: Pittsburgh PA /Cleveland OH /Birmingham AL /Dallas, TX/ Pheonix, AZ

Orange Rocket. Stand up of path to production services, orchestration of release management. Path/ release change/ controls.

Industry background:

Banking or Finance/ Enterprise/ Commercial software development (producing and selling software)

Past experience with governance and release management

Team dynamic:

HM is product owner, BSAs, full Agile team

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agile

Daily stand ups

Backlog of integrations

Work with BSAs to write stories

Pilot new proof of concepts

QE lead is responsible for testing and results coming out, will use additional tooling to complete tasks, how to implement test results as part of tasks.

Engineer lead- responsible for story fulfillment and development

Different than other development systems, there is a specific testing system ATF, writing the tests as you are writing the code

Goal to move away from manual testing needs/documentation
