    Role Overview:

    The Miami office of Kubicki Draper, P.A. is seeking an experienced, Office Services Clerk. Qualified candidates should have two or more years experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment. Comfortable with handling high volume mail (physical and electronic); managing multiple projects; daily interactions with our team, This is an in person position.

    Your Day-to-Day:

    + Sorting, distribution and processing of mail and faxes.

    + Office copying and scanning.

    + Assisting with trial binder preparation.

    + Order and stock supplies; monitor inventory and place supply orders.

    + Download and profile electronic files and CDs.

    + Management of closed file storage.

    + Conference room set up and tear down

    + Assist with moving boxes, equipment and inter-office moves

    + Prepare offices and workstations for new hires.

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    + Prior law firm/office experience a plus

    + Strong computer skills

    + Familiar with drop box and zip files

    + Familiar with postage machine usage

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Familiar with general office equipment (copy/fax machines)
