+ Build custom reports that deliver compelling narrative and clear actionable insights.

    Identify Growth Audiences

+ Leverage primary research and/or syndicated data to identify high-potential growth audiences by analyzing demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.

+ Create precise audience profiles, providing a deep understanding of target segments and informing effective strategies for engagement and acquisition.

    Collaborate Across Disciples

+ Work closely with brand strategy, account management, and creative teams to align data insights with brand goals and creative outputs.

+ Use your expertise in data analytics to uncover insights that drive creative strategies and fuel innovative ideas.

+ Serve as a strategic partner, ensuring that brand initiatives are built on solid data foundations, allowing client work to resonate more deeply with target audiences and shape impactful campaigns, content, and brand direction.

Be Data Fluent and Social Savvy

+ Use data source expertise to creatively solve problems.

+ Know partners (i.e. MRI Simmons, GlobalWebIndex, Epsilon, social listening, etc) inside and out to efficiently pull data and create compelling visuals from raw data. Be capable of owning and flawlessly driving both quantitative and qualitative research projects with limited oversight.

+ Conduct in-depth social listening analysis to track, monitor, and interpret conversations across various social media platforms.

+ Program advanced tools to uncover emerging trends, sentiments, and consumer perceptions.

    Qualifications

+ Proven experience as a Data Strategy Director or in a senior data-driven strategy role (8-10 years experience). The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent and proven ability for translating data insights into compelling narratives.

+ A strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with experience in conducting and analyzing primary research.

+ Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with brand strategy and creative teams.

+ Ability to work independently, with a proactive and resourceful approach to solving complex problems.

+ Strong social listening skills, with the ability to build advanced Boolean queries to enable the monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of social media conversations.
