    **Title:** System Administrator

    **Location:** United States-Illinois-Wood Dale

    The IT System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation and maintenance of the technical environment at the organization. Key responsibilities include deploying and maintaining infrastructure, supporting users, and documenting processes.

    What you will be responsible for:

    + Support for servers and workstations

    + Resolve user incidents and requests

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration required

    + Onboard, modify and offboard employees and contractors

    + Expertise in Active Directory administration required

    + Demonstrated experience with Exchange Online

    + Knowledge of Group Policies

    + Familiarity with virtualization technologies, particularly VMWare, is beneficial

    + Installation and support of applications and workstations

    + Development of server standards

    + Documentation and procedure writing for technical processes

    + Maintenance of software licenses, hardware registrations, and inventory

    + Management of server and endpoint security and assurance of data integrity

    + Execution of Move-Add-Change (MAC) processes and computer equipment tasks

    + Provide technical support to remote locations and workers

    + Experience with ServiceNow administration is preferred

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    What you need to be successful in this role:

    + Candidates should be skilled in all core responsibilities, including time management and task prioritization

    + Office365, Microsoft Entra administration, and Active Directory management experience.

    + A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required. Alternatively, two years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, will be considered.

    Compensation:

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary or candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. [In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.] AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
