Job Summary:

As a Licensed **Practical Nurse (LPN)** at Morton Plant Rehab, you will work in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for delivering compassionate **, evidence-based patient** care, including:

+ Administering medications

+ Providing therapy and interventions

+ Assisting in treatment plans to support patient recovery

+ Ensuring the highest level of clinical **excellence and** patient-centered care

Minimum Qualifications:

_Education:_

+ **Required:** **High** School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

_Certifications & Licensure:_

+ **Required:** **Licensed** Practical Nurse (LPN) License

+ **Required:** 30-hour IV Certification

+ **Required:** **Basic** Life Support (BLS) Certification

_Experience:_

+ **Preferred:** At least **one year** of experience as an LPN

+ **Preferred:** Experience in a **Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care**
