    SUMMARY

    *APG Mechanic (Depot) will perform/assist with all launch, recovery, preflight/thru flight/Basic Post Flight inspections, ground handling, maintenance, engine runs, operational checkouts, and servicing.

    *Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and Pnuedralic Pneumatic and/or Hydraulic Systems and components on the aircraft.

    *Responsible for the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings and crew escape system of the aircraft.

    *Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access equipment requiring repair.

    REQUIREMENTS

    -Must have minimum of 4 years F-16 or other legacy fighter heavy maintenance experience.

     

    -Must be able to work first or second shift

     

    -Must be extremely versed in F-16, Fighter type mechanic experience Crew Chiefs, Plane Captains, etc people that have done maintenance on fighters or other heavy related maintenance.

     

    - Military Fighter aircraft experience (F-16 a MUST)

     

    Must be able to work (1st) First or (2nd) Second shift

     

    No tools Required

     

    Required: F-16 or other legacy fighter (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-35)

    Must be able to work 1st or 2nd Shift 4 - 10hr days

    + 1st- 6am-4:30pm

    + 2nd- 4:30pm- 3am
