    At CUMC Bergan Mercy Outpatient Rehab Clinic, a part of **CHI Health** and **CommonSpirit Health** , we’re looking for a passionate and skilled **Physical Therapist** to join our dynamic outpatient rehab team. If you're committed to helping patients achieve optimal physical function and independence, we want to meet you!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide one-on-one, personalized care to a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, neuro, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions

    + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient goals

    + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of rehab professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

    + Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and prevention strategies to support long-term wellness

    + Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards and clinic policies

    Qualifications

    + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

    + Current Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

    + American Heart Association BLS certification

    Pay Range

    $39.08 - $58.14 /hour
