Responsible for day to day leadership activities involved in the leadership of a team of clinical professionals in the execution of rehabilitation medicine services. Leads and/or participates in the implementation of continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction measures and improvement initiatives. Coordinates work flow, schedules and work priorities of those supervised. Supervises day to day activities of rehab staff; including performance improvement coaching, disciplinary actions and annual reviews. Monitors and approves e-time for accuracy. Regularly tracks each staff member’s patient care time, assuring optimal accountability. Regularly audits patient care notes and charges for accuracy. Coaches staff who are not meeting department targets; promoting efficiency through education and continuous improvement process.

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree as required for applicable OT, PT or SLP therapist role. 5 years experience in their profession. Proven leadership experience in current or previous facilitates preferred. Current NH State License for discipline (PT, OT, SLP), Certificate of clinical competence (CCC’s for SLP only), current BLS.
