+ 1st Shift: 7:15am – 3:45pm

+ 2nd Shift: 2:15pm – 11:45pm

+ 3rd Shift: 11:15pm – 7:45am

Our client in **Des Plaines / Elk Grove Village, IL** is looking for **motivated General Laborers** to join their team. No manufacturing experience? No problem! If you’ve got a **strong work ethic** and are a **team player** , you’re exactly who we want.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support production in a variety of ways depending on the day, including:

+ Mixing and weighing ingredients or materials

+ Packaging finished products

+ Inspecting product for quality and safety

+ Keeping work areas clean and organized

+ Loading lines with materials or supplies

What We’re Looking For:

+ Willingness to learn (GMP and safety procedures provided).

+ Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift.

Work Environment:

You’ll be working in a **manufacturing setting** with various machines, noise, and temperatures. It’s a **team-focused** environment where communication and collaboration are key.
