    Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Feed Mill General Labor to join their team as a direct hire. As a Feed Mill General Labor, you will be part of the operations team supporting essential functions in the feed production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Feed Mill General Labor - Direct Hire Position

    **Location:** Brookston, IN

    **Pay Range:** $20 - $24 per hour

    **Shift:** 6:45a - 5:30p

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist in the operation of feed milling equipment.

    + Shipping & Receiving along with inventory control.

    + Customer service as needed.

    + Ensure the quality and safety of feed products.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

    + Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

    + Support team members in various tasks as needed.

    + Maintenance on equipment when needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Forklift experience is required.

    + Willingness to work a 50 hour work week.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

    + Commitment to following safety guidelines.

    + Mechanical and problem solving skills.
