Our client, a leading provider in the technical support industry, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Support Team, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to customers. The ideal candidate will have a service-centric attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Alpharetta, GA

What's the Job?

+ Deliver end-to-end technical support using remote diagnostic tools.

+ Lead strategic engagements with customers to understand pain points and align on resolution strategies.

+ Conduct detailed remote Root Cause Analysis to identify recurring patterns and drive continuous improvement.

+ Act as a bridge between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure diagnostic accuracy.

+ Participate in monthly on-call rotation to support customers across global time zones.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred college degree in a technical field.

+ Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical support (remote or onsite).

+ Experience with HP Indigo as a press operator or field technician is highly preferred.

+ Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and case management platforms.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
