    Salary Range: $25.05 - $42.84 per hour plus ROA bonus

    Basic Job Functions:

    The Inside Sales Representative works in a team environment to professionally represent the Nucor Steel SheetGroup with team members and customers on a daily basis. This team member must handle all calls and requestsfor information in a professional manner while working accurately and timely. Other responsibilities include:

     

    + Provide responsive service and build strong customer relationships with an emphasis on commercial excellence.

    + Entering accurate orders, proactively solving problems, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams (operations, production planning, credit, quality).

    + Provide timely status updates to customers.

    + Dispatching shipments to ensure finished products ships on a timely basis.

    + Some travel will be required for customer visits, customer dinners, and industry functions.

     

    Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate theability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related study

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of the steel sheet market

    + Strong Customer Service Skills

    + Experience working in SAP
