Description We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team in San Jose, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to work closely with attorneys, contributing to all facets of civil litigation while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and drafting legal documents, including motions, complaints, briefs, and other litigation materials.

• Manage evidence collection and organization to support case strategy and trial preparation.

• Conduct client and witness interviews to gather critical information for hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Coordinate e-discovery processes and collaborate with external vendors to fulfill discovery requirements efficiently.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data creation and analysis related to case management.

• Perform legal research and provide support for case development as permitted by California State Bar regulations.

• Oversee case management software to track deadlines, filings, and other litigation activities.

• Prepare exhibits and other materials necessary for trial proceedings.

• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the litigation process. Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience as a paralegal in a civil litigation law firm.

• Proficiency in e-discovery processes and familiarity with coordinating discovery with external vendors.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data creation and analysis.

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and legal document drafting.

• Experience with case management software to track and organize litigation activities.

• Must hold a Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in legal case management.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively support attorneys in high-pressure environments.

Must have experience in ESI Discovery and be Proficient in Excel
