About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized financial guidance and develop long-term relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and financial reviews.

+ Assess clients’ financial situations and develop customized financial plans.

+ Provide advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and estate planning.

+ Monitor financial markets and adjust client portfolios as needed.

+ Stay current with financial regulations, products, and industry trends.

+ Meet individual and team performance goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Active securities and advisory licenses (Series 7, Series 65/66, or equivalent). Required

+ Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or willingness to obtain.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Preferred

+ Proven experience in financial planning, investment advising, or wealth management.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.

+ Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM tools.
