Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team in beautiful Jacksonville Beach, FL.     Key Responsibilities

    + Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing processes.

    + Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other GL accounts.

    + Oversee cash flow and ensure accuracy in cash-based accounting practices.

    + Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

    + Create and maintain financial statements with precision and timeliness.

    + Collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).

    + Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

    + Strong experience with cash accounting and NetSuite.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fully on-site role with a collaborative team.
