    Associate Art Director (Packaging)

    Overview:

    Our CPG client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Associate Art Director with strong packaging design experience to join our dynamic team. This role will support the Art Director in executing product launches and developing compelling marketing collateral across print and digital platforms. Retail/CPG experience is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Partner with the Art Director to develop and execute creative concepts for packaging, POS, OOH, email campaigns and web assets.

     

    Contribute to the visual strategy and execution of product launches from concept through production.

     

    Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales.

     

    Prepare and finalize files for both print and digital production, ensuring high quality and accuracy.

     

    Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in packaging and digital media.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on packaging and cross-platform marketing.

     

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

     

    Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital platforms.

     

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

     

    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Work Environment:

    Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in West Palm Beach, 2 days remote.

    Salary: $90k-100k
