Description

Our Haltom City client is immediately hiring a Commercial Collections Specialist to join their Credit and Collections team. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong business-to-business collections experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage the end-to-end commercial collections process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.

+ Contact clients directly to resolve delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.

+ Review and analyze aging reports, escalating issues as appropriate.

+ Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing disputes.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, and accounting) to ensure accurate invoicing and payment resolution.

+ Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities and prepare management reports.

Requirements

3+ years of commercial/B2B collections experience in a corporate office setting.

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and credit/collections practices.

Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
