Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Analyst to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategies by providing in-depth analysis and actionable insights. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leadership and contribute to the growth of a publicly traded organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive budgeting and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.

• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and deliver financial presentations for the board of directors and executive leadership.

• Analyze income statements and balance sheets to guide operational leaders in decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to streamline financial reporting and analysis.

• Execute ad hoc financial analyses to address urgent business needs.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to ensure financial targets are met.

• Develop and implement best practices for financial planning and analysis processes. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in conducting ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.

• Advanced knowledge of income statement and balance sheet analysis.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for financial operations.

• Excellent communication skills for delivering presentations to senior leadership.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive actionable insights.
