• Functional SAP FI Consultant

    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead SAP FI configuration, implementation, and support activities, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions.

    + Support financial close processes, reporting, and month-end/year-end activities within SAP.

    + Ensure proper integration with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD) and external systems.

    + Provide end-user training and documentation on SAP FI processes.

    + Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and migrations, including S/4HANA implementations.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant or in a SAP FI functional role.

    + Strong knowledge of SAP FI submodules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Special Ledger.

    + Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

    + Understanding of integration points with O2C, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

    + Proven experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and end-user support.

    + Familiarity with financial processes including month-end/year-end close, reporting, and reconciliations.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + SAP FI certification preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Fiori apps and SAP analytics/reporting tools.

    + Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).

    + Experience in large-scale implementations or global rollouts.
