    What will you be doing in this role?

     

    The Lobby Services Associate Lead serves in the primary capacity of Lobby Services Associate in addition to providing support to staff under the direction of the Lobby Services Manager. Acts as a resource for team members by assisting with scheduling, coaching, training/orientation of new hires, professional development, performance feedback and evaluations, change management, and cost containment efforts. Provides exceptional customer service by utilizing strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to effectively address and resolve patient/customer issues. Ensures compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies. Responsible for supporting Manager with tracking and maintaining data on budget, staffing, productivity and quality measures.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Provides information, wayfinding tools and literature to visitors. Answers and directs phone calls and route inquiries to other departments in the organization or supervisor as appropriate. May interface with other departments and/or resources to ensure a positive visitor experience.

    + Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment in the lobby area. Obtains necessary information to provide appropriate informational guidance back to all visitors, including securing transportation.

    + Maintains a high level of professionalism, ensuring organizational efficiency and delivering effective communication to promptly address and resolve complex requests and issues.

    + Monitors and maintains supply levels with daily checks, restocking as required in all locations.

    + Oversees department scheduling and team coverage strategies; implements minor adjustments as needed for assigned shifts.

    + Serves as the facilitator for recurring staff retraining sessions at the Simulation Center, held bi-annually and quarterly.

    + Leads department onboarding efforts and comprehensive training schedule for new team members to help ensure their success by tailoring it to the specific needs of the staff.

    + Responsible for ordering supplies and ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their job.

    + Acts as the subject matter expert for day-to-day procedural questions.

    + Serves as the primary point of contact for the manager and OPX leadership in the manager's absence

    + Provides support for staff meeting arrangements as needed.

    + Handles special projects and assignments as needed.

    + Serves as the main point of contact for equipment and service needs.

    Experience:

    + Minimum Three (3) years Customer Service, Front Desk Operations, and Administrative Support.
