• Onsite Supervisor

    Adecco US, Inc. (Fort Mill, SC)


    Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to support our client’s facility (Onsite) in Fort Mill, SC. The Onsite Supervisor will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Our goal is to provide applicants with employment, and clients with skilled associates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs.

     

    At Adecco, an Onsite Supervisor can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

     

    This is a contract position. This is a full time position Monday through Friday with some Saturday work. The hours will be either 7pm until 4am or from 8pm until 5am. Pay rate will be $23/hr.

    Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor role include:

    *Monitoring and documenting associate attendance

    *Administering performance and attendance correctives

    *Conducting daily safety walks

    *Interacting with Supervisors to help resolve issues

    *Address associate concerns and answer questions

     

    Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; recruiting experience a plus. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
