Who are we looking for?

+ Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience

+ BMW experience, a plus!

+ Polished and professional demeanor

+ Strong communication skills-both verbal and written

+ Ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience

+ Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers

+ Ability to work well in a team environment

+ Outstanding attention to detail

+ Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
