    Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

     

    Lithia's Grants Pass Auto Center is setting records and hiring immediately to keep up with the volume and meet our customers’ needs. We are searching for a ambitious and skilled Express Lube Advisor with the drive and determination to succeed and the ability to provide a best in class customer experience.

    Our Ideal Candidate:

    + Prior customer service or sales experience required.

    + CDK experience preferred.

    + Reliable, shows up ready to work.

    + Basic mechanical understanding of automotive.

    + Outgoing personality, ability to guide customers with their needs.

    + Knowledgeable on products and industry.

    + Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

    + Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.

    + Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.

    + Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.

    + Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.

    + Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
