Johnson Brothers Corporation a Southland Company – Lake Worth, FL.

We are seeking an experienced Rodbuster Foreman to lead and supervise reinforcing steel crews on major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong technical knowledge of rebar installation, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and coordinate a crew of rodbusters on active job sites

+ Read, interpret, and enforce blueprints and project specifications

+ Ensure rebar is cut, bent, placed, and tied according to plans

+ Maintain productivity and meet project deadlines

+ Train and mentor crew members as needed

+ Enforce safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

+ Minimum [5 years] experience as a Rodbuster, with leadership/foreman experience

+ Strong knowledge of reinforcing steel installation methods

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

+ Excellent communication and team leadership skills

+ Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in all weather conditions

+ How to figure 8, Snap Tie, and Diamond

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

+ Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions

+ Must be reliable, safety-focused, and a team player

+ Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
