    We are looking for an experienced Paver Operator to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating asphalt paving machines and working with road construction teams.

    Responsibilities:

    + Safely operate asphalt paving machines to spread and level asphalt

    + Ensure consistent quality and proper depth/grade of pavement

    + Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment

    + Work closely with crew members to complete projects on time

    + Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience as a paver operator required

    + Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment

    + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills

    + Must be reliable and safety-conscious
