ABOUT YOU
As an Airport Property Manager, you are a proactive, solutions-focused professional who excels in managing complexity, aligning operational demands with strategic objectives. You bring sharp analytical skills to contracts, leases, and compliance, while fostering strong collaboration with tenants, agencies, and internal teams. With sound judgment and clear communication, you navigate challenges confidently, driving efficient, coordinated outcomes that support the long-term success of a major airport environment.
What you will do:
+ Manage a diverse portfolio of tenants and agreements, serving as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance, coordination, and effective communication.
+ Oversee property operations, maintenance, and tenant improvements, resolving issues, coordinating renovations, and ensuring all activities align with lease terms and regulatory standards.
+ Lead lease development and negotiation processes, draft and administer contracts, evaluate proposals, and collaborate across departments to ensure legal and financial integrity.
+ Drive revenue development by managing billing, monitoring cargo utilization, administering RFPs, optimizing parking operations, and supporting strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
WHAT YOU OFFER
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
+ 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate or business management, with strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and project planning.
+ Skilled in developing and presenting business plans and financial proformas, with a strong grasp of budgeting and financial statement analysis.
+ Proficient in key software tools including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, AutoCAD, and mapping applications, with the ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications.
