Cherokee Town & Country Club in Sandy Springs, GA, is looking for a "Hands-On detail-oreinted Assistant Equipment Technician | $19–$21/hr + Free Lunch & Amaizing perks. What You'll Do: As an Assistant Equipment Technician / Mechanic, you'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues in a variety of golf course maintenance equipment. Your daily tasks will include:

+ Inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of golf course maintenance equipment.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on mowers, tractors, and small engines.

+ Grind reels and bed knives; sharpen rotary blades to keep cutting equipment in top condition.

+ Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel-powered engines.

+ Properly recycle and dispose of fluids (oil, antifreeze, filters, etc.).

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Report equipment needs and repair concerns to the Equipment Manager or Superintendents.

What We're Looking For:

+ Experience with small engine repair (2-cycle and 4-cycle).

+ Prior experience sharpening mower blades.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

+ Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
