    Dispatcher – $20.00/Hour

    Dispatcher Responsibilities:

    + Oversee and coordinate bus routes and schedules to ensure on-time performance

    + Counsel and coach drivers and monitors to maintain safety and efficiency

    + Manage high-volume phone and radio communication with professionalism

    + Receive and document driver or scheduling concerns; escalate as needed

    + Serve as primary communication liaison with contracted customers

    + Assist with charter reservations, billing, or driver payroll

    + Provide solutions to pick-up and drop-off challenges quickly and effectively

    + Support daily operations through back-up driving or clerical duties when required

    + Complete special projects and assist in supervising day-to-day operations

    Dispatcher Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of related experience preferred

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Knowledge of radio dispatch equipment

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to perform well under time-sensitive deadlines

    + Previous dispatch, terminal operations, or driver experience a plus

    + Computer proficiency required

    + Must meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements (DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not permit the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason)
