    Role Overview

    **Sodexo** is seeking an experienced **Multi Service** **Operations Manager** for a manufacturing site in **Andover, MA** .

     

    In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for **Security Services, vendor management, maintenance and receiving operations** . Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations, you’ll manage first shift operations and lead a team of 15+ employees.     What You'll Do

    + Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including security, contracted services, maintenance, janitorial and receiving operations.

    + Ensure employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet goals and deadlines while leveraging experience in managing building maintenance.

    + Supervise and prioritize day-to-day tasks, delegating authority and ensuring operating standards are met.

    + Ensure a safe work environment through safety training, equipment maintenance, and compliance with Sodexo’s safety programs and government regulations.

    + Implement and communicate quality improvements, while promoting workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
