**$5,000 sign-on bonus with two year commitment for LPN hires only!

The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process in order to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nursing care. The LPN or RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The LPN or RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgement.

Hours/Shifts

80 hours biweekly, day shifts.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for an LPN hire is $23.10-$31.06/hour. The hourly wage range for an RN hire is $30.80-$45.08/hour, with an additional $1/hour for BSN hires. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

This position requires current licensure in Minnesota as an LPN or RN. This position also requires Healthcare Provider level CPR certification within six months of hire.
