Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Boonton, NJ – part of Atlantic Medical Group. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive primary care services, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education. Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.

+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.

+ Perform procedures within scope of practice, including but not limited to, suturing, wound care, and minor office surgeries.

+ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.

+ Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management.
