The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Targeting Analyst to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the INDOPACOM J2 JIOC mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

Targeting Analyst Responsibilities:

+ Leadall-source targeting analysisto support both lethal and non-lethal operations.

+ Translate intelligence intoreal-world action—developing, refining, and managing target data that informs senior decision-makers.

+ ConductCollateral Damage Estimation (CDE)and deliver actionable target graphics.

+ Shape targeting policies by editing and advising on DoD and USCENTCOM procedures.

+ Championtarget system analysis (TSA)and brief leadership across military decision-making boards.

+ Train others, influence operations, and stay on the cutting edge oftarget development and prioritization.

Clearance Required:

+ Current TS/SCI Clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

+ Bachelors degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

+ Deep knowledge of DoD, CJCS targeting frameworks, and practical CDE experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

+ Experience supporting USINDOPACOM.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
