About the Tenant Services Coordinator Position
Full-time

TheTenant Services Coordinatorsupports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of both residential and commercial properties. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional tenant service, coordinating maintenance and leasing activities, managing rent collection and related processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and fostering positive tenant relationships.
What You’ll Do
+ Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests.
+ Show and lease residential and commercial spaces; process applications and renewals.
+ Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish and follow up with tenants.
+ Collect and process rent, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
+ Prepare required notices and assist with legal proceedings for non-payment if needed.
+ Maintain organized tenant files and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
+ Support marketing efforts and tenant engagement events.
What We’re Looking For
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
+ Two (2) years of experience in property management, leasing, or tenant services (experience with both residential and commercial properties preferred); OR Three (3) years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Property Management Assistant
+ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with work order systems or Salesforce a plus.
+ Familiarity with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
+ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and local residency (Buffalo area).
+ Flexible to work evenings or weekends when needed; Spanish language skills a plus.
