PAY RATE: $7.00 - $9.00 + Tips (Non-Exempt)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will be responsible for the efficient dealing and operation of table games. Maintains a smooth and efficient game pace; makes accurate and clear chip and cash transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Provide excellent Guest Service to guests, internal and external, through active guest engagement and positive attitude.

+ Shall be required to read, implement, and adhere to all NWCR Policies and Procedures, LVD Gaming Ordinance, Tribal/State Gaming Compact, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, LVD Tribal Internal Control Standards, Title 31 Minimum Internal Control Standards, NWCR Casino Employee Handbook, Table Games Department Policy and Procedure Manual.

+ Follows game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and any other form or variation of table games.

+ Provides prompt courteous and accurate dealing of assigned table.

+ Adheres to all Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and all other company and departmental policies and procedures as it relates to this position.

+ Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.

+ Receives wagers from customers and pay appropriate game outcomes which are won by customers.

+ Maintains game security and always protects company assets.

+ Informs Management of any irregular play; mistakes that are made or when a dispute arises.

+ Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.

+ Always maintain complete confidentiality of all company information.

+ To remain in compliance with Casino Regulatory policies and procedures, employees are required to attend all necessary meetings and trainings facilitated by Management.

+ Due to the dynamic Casino Environment from time to time, we require employees to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D

+ Must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and others.

+ Position requires fast, repetitive motion of hands and wrists and frequent reaching and bending over gaming tables.

+ Must pass background checks and other pre-employment screenings necessary to receive and maintain a Gaming License.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Experienced Dealer

+ Knowledge of TIP Procedures and Dealing Procedures
