What You'll Be Doing

+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for inventory, production, and shipping

+ Support plant operations by coordinating administrative tasks and documentation

+ Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

+ Assist with scheduling, reporting, and compliance tracking

+ Ensure timely and organized filing of plant-related paperwork and digital records

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems

Work Environment

This role is based in a plant setting and involves regular interaction with operations staff. It requires a proactive approach to administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
