    What You'll Be Doing

    + Working on a night shift schedule with overtime

    + Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations

    + Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling

    + Operate mining equipment such as off-road haul trucks, front end loaders, skid steers and water trucks

    + Support production teams with loading, unloading, and transporting materials

    + Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

    + Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures

    + Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced industrial setting

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work assignments

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills

    + Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
