    The Pines of Richfield, a Cassia senior living community, is hiring Caregivers, to join the team in Richfield, MN.

     

    As a Caregiver, at The Pines of Richfield, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the highest level of care. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

     

    Position Type: Full-Time

     

    Pay: $19.12 - $23.31 / hour based on experience

    Shifts Available:

    Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Full-Time)

     

    Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Full-Time)

    Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Responsibilities:

    + Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

    + Monitor and record vital signs.

    + Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse.

    + Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

    + Document care provided in a computerized charting system.

    + Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.

    + Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.

    Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Qualifications:

    + Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required!

    + Med pass experience required

    + Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion.

    + Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.

    + Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

    + Must be at least 18 years old.
