Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

+ Strategic understanding of the digital landscape of Banking (Including generative A.I., automation, and robotics.

+ Microsoft Dynamics – Specifically in case management tool

+ Understanding of customer portals (how to build effectively and identify new opportunities)

+ Commercial banking experience

+ Strong communication skills in project setting

+ Executive presence

+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

+ Will be contributing to the overall strategy, creation, and implementation of the case management tool. May act as long-term product owner.

+ Guiding operations by identifying and prioritizing the most impactful opportunities for automation within operations

+ Identifying business cases and how to effectively prioritize new technologies such as (optical character automation, Robotics processes automation, and open banking API.
