    Our client in **Allenwood, PA** is looking for hardworking, motivated **Shift Managers** to join their team. These positions will oversee all aspects of production during their shift. The ideal candidates will operate with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer standards.

    + 2 shifts needed; 12-hour shifts

    What will you be doing?

     

    + Lead and manage shift teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment, fostering strong performance and teamwork.

    + **Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies.**

    + Monitor and ensure adherence to the production schedule.

    + **Promptly resolve any production, quality, or safety issues while ensuring compliance of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and product quality standards.**

    + Effectively uses KPIs to monitor and direct team’s performance.

    + Train, motivate, and supervise production employees, promoting a collaborative work environment.

    + Work well with management and support departments to achieve the production goals.

     

    What do you bring?

     

    + Positive, can-do attitude!

    + Required; High School Diploma; Bachelor degree preferred.

    + **5 years minimum of Production/Manufacturing leadership experience.**

    + **Understanding of GMP strongly preferred.**

    + High focus on quality and attention to detail

    + Ability to be flexible and work independently

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
