Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York, NY, on a Contract to permanent basis. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to ensure seamless operation of desktop environments and IT systems. Your ability to troubleshoot, manage priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows 10 systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of laptops, tablets, and other devices.

• Manage and resolve issues within the Office 365 suite, including Exchange, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Teams.

• Support PC imaging and ensure proper setup for new devices.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts and permissions.

• Address networking fundamentals, ensuring connectivity and system performance.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and resolve IT issues effectively.

• Document and track support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.

• Provide guidance on best practices for IT usage and security. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.

• Proficiency in supporting and maintaining Windows 10 operating systems.

• Strong understanding of PC hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

• Familiarity with Office 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
