    Where We Need You

     

    We are seeking an Office & Technology Coordinator to join our Chicago office.  Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office at least 4-5 days per week.

     

    What You Can Expect

     

    The Protiviti Office & Technology Coordinator provides exceptional support to facilitate effective innovation, collaboration and learning in a hybrid environment.

     

    What You Will Do

    Technology Support

    + Set up, coordinate and monitor collaboration technologies including videoconferencing, Surface Hub 2 and portable devices for meetings, events and daily use in our Chicago Innovation Center, Learning Center and Office.

    + Provide customer support internally before and during meetings for any and all technologies used including advising on best practices to facilitate effective in-person or hybrid meetings based on device capabilities .

    + Assist in defining, communicating and setting up technology requirements for off-site meeting venues including conference centers and hotels in the greater Chicago area.

    + Work with Technical Support and other IT teams to detect and rectify system performance problems .

    + Modify, repair and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and collaboration technologies.

    + Be a point of contact for collaboration technology maintenance, best practices and troubleshooting for all offices in North America.

    + Partner with our Innovation Center Technical Architects to maintain the quality of our technology .

    + Partner with our outside vendor on any technology support tasks, when needed .

    + Take initiative to anticipate the needs of the office daily .

    + Monitor & maintain the Technology internal webpage .

    + Support our employees with minor technology issues .

    + Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the deployment of new technology solutions .

    Event Support

    + Support the execution of Learning and Innovation Center events in the office and greater Chicago area .

    + Maintain an efficient, organized, & effective environment in the Learning and Innovation Centers .

    + Assist with shipping and receiving, security access, placing supply orders, assisting with catering needs, working as on-site point of contact for all vendors .

    + Partner with local team to provide back-up support to the Learning and Innovation Centers, if needed .

    + Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication .

    Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:

    + Working with a variety of levels of personnel to achieve business objectives

    + Coordinating and maintaining follow-up on a number of projects simultaneously

    Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of professional experience, required

    + Bachelor’s degree, preferred

    + Proven experience with providing first line technical support to a variety of technologies

    + Experience with Microsoft Team Room and Poly preferred

     

    Our Hybrid Workplace

     

    Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

    Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

     

    $53,000.00 - $80,000.00

     

    Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
