Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the successful implementation and integration of ERP and CRM systems within a manufacturing environment. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ERP and CRM systems to align with business objectives.

• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other business units to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Provide expertise on integration between ERP modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

• Assist in the design and implementation of CRM functionalities to enhance customer relationship workflows.

• Support month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

• Train and mentor end users to effectively utilize ERP and CRM functionalities.

• Partner with implementation teams to achieve project milestones and ensure successful go-live.

• Continuously identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

• Manage API development and configuration management to ensure seamless system integrations. Requirements • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, including full lifecycle implementations.

• Strong expertise in configuring financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, and controlling.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.

• Familiarity with Salesforce development and integration processes.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing or distribution environments.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Proven ability to create and maintain business requirement documentation.
