Responsibilities for an Escrow Assistant include but are not limited to:

+ Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process

+ Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing

+ Handle disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions

+ Receive and process mail, stack and ship closing packages and documents

+ Conduct data entry, tasking, and document reconciliation in the system

+ Communicate requirements and transaction details to clients

Candidates for Escrow Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related field

+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and client operating systems

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude

+ Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
