    Job Skills / Requirements

    HIRING IMMEDIATELY

    Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time and Flex Security Officers in the Winston-Salem, NC area. Candidates must be able to work all shifts and needs on an as-needed basis (FLEX), including weekends. This position has a starting pay rate of $15.53-$17.08/hr paid weekly.

    Requirements :

    + Previous security, law enforcement, or security experience preferred

    + Clean driving record

    + Good communication skills

    + Great customer service skills

    + A team player attitude

    + Flexibility to work when called on - 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift - within 24 hours notice or less (FLEX Positions)

     

    Due to site requirements at some job sites, proof of being fully COVID-19 vaccinated may be required.

     

    A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
