    Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Gradall Operators** for commercial projects in the **Hampstead, MD** area. The pay range is **$25.00 – $30.00** per hour based on experience. All **Operators** are scheduled **40+ hours a week** . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with **no week in the hole** and optional **direct deposit** .

    Ultimate Job Duties

    + Quality Craftsmanship

    + Operate diesel-powered Gradall machine with telescopic swing-boom and scoop attachment

    + Excavate, load, stockpile, spread, and grade dirt, stone, and other materials

    + Drive and operate Gradall unit mounted on truck chassis on public roads

    + Perform daily preventative maintenance and inspections

    + Grade materials within ½” of marked specifications

    + Interpret signals, stakes, and markings to meet plan specifications

    + Operate truck safely and in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations

    + Assist crew with labor/operator tasks as needed

    + Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE

    + Other duties as assigned

    Ultimate Trade Requirements

    + 5 years of experience in excavating, utility, or heavy equipment operation (2 years with fine grading equipment)

    + Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement

    + Current DOT physical

    + Clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record

    + Proven experience operating Gradall or similar equipment

    + Ability to read and follow job specifications, grades, and construction plans

    + Ability to work overtime, weekends, or be on-call as needed

    + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance

    + Ability to work in all weather conditions and noisy, high-traffic environments
