Are you a skilled carpenter with experience building decks, sunrooms, or enclosures? Comfort Windows & Doors is looking for Crew Leads to join our team and help deliver high-quality residential projects across Upstate New York.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven experience in home remodeling or renovation

+ Skilled in metal brake usage and general carpentry

+ Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding

+ Safe and efficient use of power tools

+ Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions

+ Leadership experience preferred: able to lead a team and manage projects
