    SUMMARY

    The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS systems of the company. This individual serves as a technical point of contact and ensures data integrity, testing of systems changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Maintains and updates information in HRIS

    + Serves as a contact for employees with HRIS issues

    + Supports all HRIS applications, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, employee self-service, etc.

    + Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports and queries utilizing appropriate report writer tools. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data

    + Completes routine audits of HRIS systems, timekeeping records, etc.

    + Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HRIS users

    + Trains new users on HRIS Systems

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Strong analytical ability and communication skills

    + Solid knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws

    + Must be proficient in Excel and Word

    + Excellent attention to detail

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    + High School Diploma and/or 2 years of experience

    + PHR/SPHR preferred

    + Prior experience with ADP payroll, timekeeping, reporting and benefits system a plus

    + The military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education and/or experience.

    + Basic math skills

    + Ability to analyze complex data
